Insomniac’s Fuse Trailer Goes Live (video)

Yesterday EA announced it has teamed up with Insomniac Games to create a new four-person co-op shooter called Fuse. Now EA has released a new trailer for their upcoming game, after a slight delay due to legal reasons revealing what you can expect from Fuse when it arrives.
EA explained yesterday about the delayed Fuse trailer:
“We had an awesome trailer planned and finished. Unfortunately a last-minute legal rights issue has prevented us from releasing the trailer as planned,”-”EA is trying to obtain the necessary approvals and we hope to bring the trailer to you soon. After discussing internally, we wanted to stop the countdown and explain what happened.”
Fuse is set in the near future and follows a team of four misfit agents collectively known as Overstrike 9, who infiltrate enemy strongholds using fringe-tech gadgets and lethal teamwork. Fuse will provide gamers with story driven action, allowing players able to level up their characters along specific paths both online and off-line. Fuse will be launching in March 2013 on the PS3 and Xbox 360.

Xbox 360 software at E3: FIFA 2013 / Madden 2013 gaining Kinect voice commands; Halo 4, Fable, Forza Horizon and Gears of War showcased

No new hardware for Microsoft at E3? No problem. Clearly, this year’s all about software for the Xbox 360, with both FIFA 2013 and Madden 2013 confirmed for release with Kinect support. Aside from letting you flail to and fro in order to make plays, both titles will also support voice commands, right down to understanding multiple dialects in the former. As for Madden? There’s some pretty intense voice integration, enabling one Joe Montana to actually call plays and direct the huddle with his voice here at the E3 stage. The demo was unsurprisingly awesome, and we’re told to expect it on store shelves on August 28th. For those who aren’t exactly “sports-inclined,” there’s also Fable and Halo 4 — two titles that’ll supposedly make this year the “best ever” for Xbox 360 software.
Battlefield 3 Close Quarters: Ziba Tower Trailer (video)

Earlier this month EA & DICE announced that their new Close Quarters DLC would be arriving in June 2012. Now they have followed up that announcement by releasing a new trailer for the new DLC. Providing you with a glimpse of what you can expect once its officially launched.
Battlefield 3: Close Quarters DLC will include four new maps together with 10 new weapons for close quarters combat, but no vehicles. Watch the new trailer after the jump.
As well as announcing their new Close Quarters DLC, EA & DICE also unveiled that another two DLC packs would be released later in the year, to compliment their great Battlefield 3 game.
The next DLC after “Close Quarters” will be “Armored Kill,” which will bring with it a few new vehicles and will be focused on larger maps and weapons. After that will arrive “End Game” but apart from its name EA is currently keeping its details under wraps at the present time. But as soon as we learn anything new we will keep you updated.

EA’s Origin Now Enables Purchased Games To Be Added From Steam And Others

EA has this week announced and enabled a new feature on its Origin content delivery service, that now allows users to add games that they might have purchased on other libraries, Steam in particular.
You might have already noticed when logged into EA Origins that EA games you have already purchased in Steam and the like have automatically now appeared in your Origin account. If you haven’t don’t worry you can also add them manually if needed.
EA has be quick to point out that at notice was information on your computer accessed for the transfer, and all records have been obtained via EA’s game registration records. Most likely using your registered email address as the linking factor. EA explains:
”A few of you noticed some of your older EA games showing up in your Origin My Games library over the past few weeks and I wanted to clear up any confusion. We tested a feature that in some cases made your older games show up in your Origin My Games Library. At no time was any information on your computer accessed, all of this information was obtained directly from our game registration records. Hopefully we didn’t cause too much confusion for anyone. We’ll be sure to come back and share more information about this feature as soon as we can.
“Meanwhile, if you do want to activate and download older EA games to your library, we have a tool that allows you to do this. Just go to Activate and enter your registration code. Not all games are supported at this point, but we’re continually working to make older titles available. For more information on this service, as well as a list of games that are currently available for activation, see Code Redemption FAQ.”

EA Battlefield 3 : Aftershock App Lands In US iOS App Store

In last August EA announced the development of a new iOS version of its popular Battlefield games. Now without any warning EA has dropped Battlefield 3: Aftershock into the US iOS App Store.
The new iOS game released by EA is now available to download for free but hasn’t brought with it any of the mentioned modes or features which EA was touting back in August and during its previews.
Battlefield 3: Aftershock is currently only available to play in multiplayer modes and no single player game has been enabled or included at this time. Other features missing include the “Horde-like” wave mode and EA has only added 4 different weapons at this stage, including your knife.
It seems that the game might have been released a little ahead of schedule as there doesn’t seem to be any way to ad any extra features either, via playing or payment. But if you fancy giving the multiplayer a go Battlefield 3 : Aftershock now available to download from the US Apple iTunes App Store for free.

Syndicate Co-op Demo Arriving This Month (video)

Gamers looking to give Syndicate’s Co-op mode a play, will be pleased to learn that today EA has announced they will be launching a Syndicate Co-op demo. That will be arriving at the end of this month on both PSN and Xbox Live.
The new demo will allow four players to join forces and enjoy an early taste of the new Syndicate game which is currently being developed by Starbreeze Studios. Unfortunately for gamers in Australia the demo will not be available, due to the Syndicate game being refused classification by the Australian Classification Board.
After The Australian Classification Board was especially critical of what it considered as the game’s excessive violence, complaining about explicit depictions of dismemberment, decapitation, exposed flesh and bone from injuries, and copious blood spray. EA Australia has announced that they won’t be appealing the decision or changing Syndicate’s gameplay to meet the Board’s concerns.
Syndicate’s plot:
“2069: No longer governed by politicians, the developed world is divided up into regions controlled by mega-corporations known as syndicates. These syndicates have revolutionized how the consumer interacts with the digital world. Since the consumer requires a device to access the world’s data and control technology, they can do this in the blink of an eye via neural chip implant.”

Valve Boss Weighs In On EA’s Steam Competitor Origin

Looks like Gabe Newell really wants to keep things friendly with EA despite . Either that, or it’s just a bit of professional courtesy from the grizzled old veteran to the spunky new wannabe. ”I think there are still some areas where, as a customer, I’d like to see it improve. It’s not that different from any other system like this. There are positive things and negative things,” he said in a PC Gamer interview. Also, if your entire collection of games is on Steam, you’re going to smile at this next one. And by smile we mean punch a wall.
“I and everyone at Valve know that you’re only as successful as what you’ve done lately. So the idea that Steam is somehow the answer to digital distribution ignores the fact that every two or three years, something is going to change dramatically,” he added. And before you ask, Episode 3 wasn’t even mentioned once. Wait, what do you mean what Episode 3?

Watch EA Sports Shoot The Madden 2012 Cover Live In Time Square (Video)
Here’s a clever idea… EA decided to make the cover shoot for Madden 2012 a promotion in itself. How did they do it? Well they created a studio in the center of Time Square in NY and allowed thousands of people to watch the photoshoot take place live, and in person.

Buona visione.
Gameplay trailer e immagini ufficiali per Need for Speed: The Run!

Need for Speed The Run sarà disponibile sui mercati europei il giorno 18 novembre per Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii e PC.
FIFA 12: prime immagini ufficiali e video leaked sulle novità
