Apple’s iOS 6 Will Be Released Later Today

When Apple announced that the iPhone 5 would go on sale on Friday the 21st of September, they also announced that they would be releasing the next major build of their mobile OS, iOS 6 two days before the iPhone 5 launch.

Apple will release iOS 6 later today, and it will bring a range of new features to your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch which will include Apple’s new maps with turn by turn navigation, deeper Facebook integration, shared photo streams and much more.

iOS 6 will be available for the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and of course the new iPhone 5 at launch, it will also be available for the fourth and fifth generation iPod Touch, plus the iPad 2 and the new iPad.

We don’t as yet an any details on what time today Apple will release the new iOS 6 update as soon as we get some more information on when it is going to be available we will let you guys know.
