Google Nexus Prime Concept Design Looks Amazing

We know that the next Android smartphone from Google, will be the Google Nexus Prime, which is being made by Samsung for Google, and we have already heard some of the specifications on the Google Nexus Prime.
The Google Nexus Prime is rumored to feature a dual core TI OMAP 4460 processor, plus a 8 megapixel camera on the back and a 2 megapixel camera on the front for video chat, we don’t as yet have any official pictures of the Nexus Prime, but these concepts look amazing.
We have no idea if the Google Nexus Prime will look anything like these concept designs which were designed by the guys over at Ciccaresedesign, but we do know that it will come with Android Ice Cream Sandwich and it is expected to launch either this month or next month.

Toshiba Regza 55X3, Worlds First 4k2k Naked Eye 3D TV Unveiled

Toshiba has unveiled the worlds first 4k2k 3D TV that requires no glasses to view 3D and provides a massive 4 x Full HD resolution of 3,840 × 2,160 pixels. But unfortunately if you are viewing 3D movies or media the resolution can only reach 1280 x 720.
But dont be too disappointed as the Toshiba Regza 55X3 is also equipped with a 5,000:1 contrast ratio, LED backlight, a face-tracking function to enable high-quality 3D pictures for viewers, Regza Link, 5 x digital tuners, 10W× 2ch+10W speakers, 4 x HDMI ports, and 2 x USB ports.
Together with a new processor called “Regza Engine Cevo Duo”. Toshiba hope to be launching the new Regza 55X3 TV in Japan during December where it will sell for around $11,730.
Unfortunately no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet, but as soon as information comes to light we will keep you updated as always. But I suggest you start saving now if its something you fancy adding to your gadget collection.

How to Wirelessly Tether Your Camera to an iPad Using an Eye-Fi Card
Here’s a quick tutorial in which photographer Lee Morris shows how you can wirelessly tether your camera to an iPad using an Eye-Fi card. Previously, you had to jailbreak your iPad to get this setup working, but now you can quickly set up a connection for transferring images to your iPad as you shoot them.

Some HTC Android Smartphones May Have Massive Security Hole

It would appear that some of HTC’s Android smartphones may have a major security hole, according to a recent report by Trevor Eckhart and the guys over at Android Police.
According to the report, the security hole may be in certain HTC devices which have been updated to the latest version of HTC’s Sense user interface, and could grant apps with Internet permission access to your private data like text messages and location information.
Some of the devices which are reported to be effected include the HTC EVO 4G, EVO 3D, Thunderbolt, Evo Shift 4G, MyTouch 4G Slide and possibly some models of the HTC Sensation.
It would appear HTC hasn’t released any official statement with regards to the alleged vulnerabilities as yet, you can find out more information over at Android Police.

Kodak’s Waterproof Playfull records your pool parties in 720p, lets you relive that belly flop

Do you like to play rough? Good, then this Kodak’s for you. Up for pre-order on the imaging company’s website, is an update to the Playfull we got eyes-on with at CES earlier this year — except this handheld camera’s waterproof, as well as dustproof and drop-proof (although, only “onto plywood”). The slim 720p shooter weighs in at about 85 grams and sports a 2-inch LCD display, HDMI out, pop-out USB 2.0 and an SD card slot expandable up to 32GB. Kodak’s offering this pocket and pool-friendly portable in mid to late October with a premium $120 price tag set for the black version, and the white at a lesser $100.
